ABDUL KHALIQ versus SULTAN
The registration of the provisions of section 44 of the Property Transfer Property Act, 82, 188282, was made on the basis of the execution of the controversial sale general authority attorney, in which case the plaintiff refused, nor was the lawyer sued. He did not appear at the hearing nor his power was presented to the attorney who identified the authority at the time of execution. The culprit was not identified in the trial court as the appellate court of the judgment decided in the case filed by the defendant. It was stated that the provisions of section 45 of the transfer property apply to this area comprising the former state of Bahawalpur, 1882. Was not, when the controversial changes were made in 1973 when section 454 of the Transfer of Property Act, 1882 was approved, consisting of this section of the former state. Bahawalpur, where the sale was not affected by the registered instrument, was ineffective on the rights of the appellant. The T-Court exercised its jurisdiction in a legal, fair and equitable manner, under which the High Court refused to interfere with the appellate court's decision.
