DOST MUHAMMAD versus MEMBER, BOARD OF REVENUE

It was against the mandate of the law to join under the law without explicit consent, as was given by the Supreme Court. In these cases the PLD was reported as 1985 SC 341 and 1994 SOMR 818 and the order was put aside according to which constitutional amendment was allowed.
