Section 497 (2) Control of Narcotic Substances (XXV of 1997), Sections 9 (C), 21, 22 and 25 Police Order (22 of 2002), Article 18 (4) Detection, Detection and Detention of Drug Addicts Investigation, arrest, arrest and investigation proceedings, under the sub-inspector's office, were found in the possession of an investigating police officer's grants, 1750 grams of marijuana and 10 grams of heroin assistant for allegedly lacking a sample chemical test report. The Inspector General (ASI), which was below the rank of sub-inspector, arrested the accused and allegedly seized marijuana and heroin from his possession, in connection with the case. Investigations into drugs, drug weight, packing and drug paraphernalia were sealed in parcels, the Drug Substance Inspector (ASI) Assistant Sub Inspector (ASI) seized, in part, for analysis by the Franz Science Laboratory. The whole process was done through registration by the Inspector (ASI). From the beginning of the case and its investigation to the end was a violation of the Narcotic Materials Stances Act 1997 and a report by the Franz Science Laboratory on drug samples recovered from the Police Order, 2002, was not, therefore, required by the accused. A lawsuit must be filed. Upon further investigation, the accused was granted bail in the circumstances
