Article 46 (1) Police Rules, 1934, Volume 111, R25 21 Declaration of death Immediate arrest of death is not necessary. It is not required by law to declare death under the immediate arrest of a person when a person is alive and consequently any guilty statement should be made. The deceased can be treated legally as the deceased declaration police rules cannot make roads on any law provisions.
