NOOR HASSAN versus THE STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) Section 497 (2) Crimes of Adultery (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VII of 1979), FIR of Section 11 bail was delayed by 10/11 days, detained accused abducted. I was not recovered, but was presented before the Investigating Officer, who had no involvement in the case. I was going with them somewhere without explaining the statement. The PC showed that he had not charged anyone with committing adultery. During his stay with the accused, the kidnapper filed a private complaint against his father, the complainant of the present case, who confirmed the accused's position that he had accompanied them on his own free will. The Family Court can only decide after recording the evidence that in which of the two marriages the abductor has entered is the actual case against the accused. As Cis-49 called for further investigation of his crime under Section 497 (2), the CRPC suspects were accordingly admitted on bail.
