Constitution Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Civil Service Transfer Petitioner, who filed a pro-constitutional petition marking the legal justification of his claim to be a social worker, under which the preliminary order of transfer of a public servant was canceled. Due to a number of complaints against him, but under the influence of the Prime Minister, his transfer was canceled and it was suspected that if there was a Lux Standi for filing the constitutional petition to the applicant because he was a provocateur. Could not be represented by the relevant authority who could decide the matter according to law after giving it an opportunity to prove its point.
