DANISH HUSSAIN versus ADDITIONAL DISTRICT JUDGE-1 CENTRAL
Section 5 of the West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964 and the Schedule to the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Application Rehabilitation Allowance, was the father of the petitioner's minor and the family court established for five years had a practicing lawyer in which 1500 was fixed monthly. The maintenance allowance, which was maintained by the appellate court in the metropolitan city of Karachi, was Rs 1,500 per month. The maintenance allowance was hardly dependent on the quality of the son of a well. The evidence on the Advocate Family Court record was fully adjusted. The same view was examined in the same context; therefore, the appellate court justified not intervening.
