The Authority claims that the school remains owned by the Authority. It is not a matter of authority only, the administration and the operation of such college or school is with the provincial government, the title of the property in which the schools are run will remain and its owners remain. The property owner had gifted the property or dedicated it to the provincial government. The authority claims that the school owned by the e-authority was rightfully rejected by the national-owned school.
