M. IQBAL versus THE STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CR PC) Sections 204 and 439 Penal Code (XLV of 1860), Section 302 were directed to enter bail bonds against the accused after being sought by the trial court in the complaint case. However, after issuing summons against the accused before any preliminary evidence and appearing in court, they were directed to submit a bail bond of Rs.50,000 each. The process of seeking the accused through unauthorized order warrants has been going on for many years and was based on good reasoning and interpretation of the law in which any illegal action was taken by the sessions court in approving this illegal order. Had not happened The request for a review regarding any interference was excluded within the same limits
