The magistrate was not guaranteed by law and was liable to be kept away because once serious under section 200, the magistrate needed to adopt the procedure of complaint case filed in Sections 200 to 204, CRPC. And they could not cite the matter. Section 156 (3), under the CCPC, the police had left the open path for the magistrate under the law only and proceeded with the complaint case itself, the order passed by the magistrate in the CR Deleted.
