PAKISTAN versus ABDUL AZIZ
The land acquisition act was acquired by the disputed property government for determination of section 4 and 18 compensation for land acquisition and a notification was issued under section 4 of the Land Acquisition Act 1894, officials fixed the compensation. Which was not accepted by the landlord and reference. Under section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, the court suit was located on the main road, a bank and a residential colony, which was quite contrary to the suit land, such facts proved that at the time of its acquisition the suit was a landowner. The size and location of the site's site and landowner's plots shows that it was of a commercial nature and could cost far more than residential plots that did not eliminate the main road trial court, after recording evidence. The increase was that the trial court failed to consider Oster Yak Salah during the validity of the compensation.
