Criminal Code of Conduct (CR PC) Section 497 Constitutional Code (XLV of 1860), Section 302/324/148/149 bail accused was immediately named in the FIR in which the victim suffered a forearm injury. The lawsuit was filed with the exact same character. The witnesses mentioned in the FIR, including the three injured, were involved in the crime. Medical evidence confirmed the allegations leveled against the accused in the FIR, during the interrogation the accused was recovered from custody, the proper aspect was to believe that the challan was already involved in the accused involved in the crime. The accused was presented before the trial court; no bail was granted on my elderly accused's bail; no material about the serious illness was put before the court. The accused; even before the trial court denied bail, no such case was taken
