The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Service Tribunal Act 1975, Section 4 of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act (VIII of 1974), sections 42 and 47 were passed by appeal of the interim service tribunal, the defendants approved by the tribunal before the Supreme Court. The transfer suspension order is interim. Exempt from the objections filed by the appellant, stating that generally the order cannot be made a matter of appeal before the Supreme Court unless certain patents are shown to be illegal or it is shown that the order is more than a jurisdiction. If approved, the Supreme Court will refuse. Intervention of interim orders in exercise of its discretionary powers because non-interference with interim orders passed by a court of competent jurisdiction was a rule and interference was exempt
