Pakistan Penal Code Section 302/201/148/149/197 Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), Articles 6, 7 and 9 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution was the result of an indictment sent to the special court to die. In an encounter between police and police in which five people were killed, but no policeman was injured or killed, a special court established under the Anti-Terrorism Act 1997 was sent to trial. The crime was justified in the jurisdiction. The trial court had to decide whether the policemen involved in the case were legally allowed to legally commit the act attributed to them, or the alleged police incubator was a fake or otherwise admitted by a special court.
