Section 4 Territorial jurisdiction of the Service Tribunals Act 1973 raised the preliminary legal objection by the Service Tribunal respondents which stated that the appellant / public servant was acting in the appeal filed in Lahore regarding the railway headquarters, the appellant / The Lahore office should have been filed by a civil servant. There was a question of facilitating a party to appeal an appeal in Lahore, a request should be made which could be considered in good faith, but there was no restriction in filing an appeal anywhere in Pakistan as the central case was against the federal government and There was a federal government on each.
