WAZEER versus THE STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CRPC) Section 498 of the Criminal Code (XLV of 1860), before the arrest of section 302/324/114/34, was presented by the parties in the bailout counter version FI, even the rupee recorded by them. The accused was not even mentioned. In the FIR filed by the accused party, on the spot, the injuries suffered by the co-accused accused were suppressed by the complainant. The defendant was found not guilty, which allegedly incited the complainant by the accused, in which case the medical evidence paid by the accused was not supported and his alleged liability was the subject of further investigation. In this case, the instability of the accused was intended to be humiliated and there was no matter of the cases. Confirmation of the objection to the accused's bail was confirmed in the interim pre-arrest bail status given to the accused.
