Pakistan Penal Code Section 403/406/409/420/463/464/471 Corruption Prevention Act (II of 1947), Sections 5A, 3 and 5 of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Application Special Judge, Anti Corruption, by an anonymous order, it was found that the local police had no jurisdiction to file a case and to investigate and to exclude the accused from section 5A of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1947. Section 3 of the Act dealt with offenses punishable under sections 161, 162, 163, 164. 165 and 165A, PPC and Section 5 refer to the definition of general misconduct by a public servant who is a bribe and an illegitimate bribe and dishonesty which is a grieving person or person. Take action against those who act against it. The preparation of fraudulent and forged documents by a public servant was not strictly relied on either under section 3 or section 5 of the Corruption Act, 1947.
