The Pakistan Penal Code Section 302 (c) reviewing the evidence of the accused had voluntarily confessed before the magistrate, but he withdrew it at the trial. The magistrate did not come under Article 304, PPC sanctions: and it was acceptable and could be trusted only if the blood-stained accused was arrested on the spot by police officers who did so. Was not shown. There are unusual or interesting witnesses and can be relied upon only after concluding that the courts had participated extensively with every aspect of the case that was not open to any intervention. Under which the appeal was dismissed.
