STATE versus MUHAMMAD HUSSAIN

The appeal against acquittal of the accused under section 302 of the Pakistan Penal Code section 304, Part I and 302 of the Criminal Procedure Code (v. 1898), section 417, was attacked by the PPC accused, who was injured.
