The appeal against acquittal of the accused under section 302 of the Pakistan Penal Code section 304, Part I and 302 of the Criminal Procedure Code (v. 1898), section 417, was attacked by the PPC accused, who was injured. Was in his presence. Not controversial, the accused fired at an old woman (the deceased) who had exchanged gunfire between the parties, but the accused could not escape her responsibility simply because she had shot dead the old woman. After doing this he was seriously injured. Under Section 304, Part I, PC: The conviction of the accused was taken seriously and it was punished under Section 302, PPC, however, the same injury was imposed on the accused. Was not repeated by and caused the incident to be ignored. Shrouded in mystery, the culprit was sentenced to life imprisonment with conditions
