MANAWAR ALI versus THE STATE
Section 2302 (b) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), request for grave and sudden provocation, when the deceased's sustained spleen was broken and the accompanying suit was executed. It is understood that this movement on Sota will cause death. Eyewitnesses clearly stated that Sota had imposed the dead on suspects and that his version could not be released internationally because of its reliability and credibility. The ocular account of the incident was fully supported by the medical evidence, the good defense claim of the grave and the sudden provocation appeared to be nothing but the urge to request the grave and sudden provocation on the service. Only under this act was the action taken. The effect of a feeling that the accused had all control over his or her actions, but there was a good reason for that feeling that the case was less demanding any interference in the decision to be free from any illegal action or irregularity. Was not made and the application for leave to appeal was dismissed accordingly.
