AMIRZADA KHAN versus ITBAR KHAN
Change in section 42 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967 on the basis of the certified sale of the property, which is entered into in the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act (XVII of 1967), section 455 Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3). The suit was owned by the landowner and the plaintiffs claimed ownership on the basis of rejected / unsold sale, the trial court ruled in this case, while the appellate court allowed the appeal and dismissed the case. ????????? Plaintiffs of the High Court rely on the unsold variable to prove this transaction, in which the vendor woman had no close relationship with the Revenue Authorities during the proceedings, the vendor of the Validity Company granted I refused to sell half of the suit property. The lawsuit was filed 33 years after the alleged sale, saying that relying solely on the variable would not be sufficient to prove the transaction unless something else was found to test the controversial evidence to prove the independent transaction. The inquiry was conducted in court where the petitioner was not satisfied with the law requirements for the transaction with the woman and the High Court was correct in refusing to enforce such transaction. The two courts, rightly rejecting the sale in favor of the plaintiff, had rightly agreed to the dismissal of the claim; the leave to appeal was denied.
