MUHAMMAD IRFAN versus THE STATE

Without legal authority and the FIR, filing a case behind it was an offense in the eyes of the law, in which the FIR was declared invalid and the trial was heard in the trial court. According to the law, proceed with the complaint and decide on the merits.
