Authorities violated the provisions of law under section 81 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act. The warrants issued under 1967 and section 82 (5) of the said Act were issued only mechanically to abolish the law order which sent the prisoner within 30 days of the application. In exercise of its powers by the Collector under section 82 (5) of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967, the High Court had directed it to be released immediately.
