ABDUL GHAFFAR versus STATE
The evidence presented by the trial court in the Pakistan Penal Code Section 365 A / 302/34 Anti-Terrorism Act (XXVII of 1997), Section 7 Criminal Procedure Code (V of 1898), Sections 342, 367 and 364 was faulty. The case was court. While recording the statements of the accused under Section 2 34under, the CCP did not take into account all the evidence presented on the record and violated the provisions of section 676767, the CRPC accused. The clear violation of section 6464 ((2)) was investigated, the CRPC conviction and the sentence of the accused were set aside in the circumstances and the trial proceeded accordingly for a new trial.
