At the time of the execution of the contract, the plaintiff was the exclusive owner of the suit land but 1/3 of his property was owned and the shares were given to someone else against whom the plaintiff had no complaint. The judgment court ruled that the lower appellate court High Court upheld the issue as well as exercised the jurisdiction to set aside the adjudication and allow it to be reviewed. The plaintiff's consent to the sale of the land consisting of certain numbers was agreed upon and was a reference to the plaintiff. And so the plaintiff will be entitled to 1/3 of the property owned by the plaintiff judge of the High Court, and the verdict was upheld and the trial court's order upheld.
