MUHAMMAD SANA ULLAH versus PROVINCE OF PUNJAB
The objection to the separation of the order under the provisions of section 12 (2) and 21 territorial jurisdiction, section 12 (2) of the Civil Code 1908, was heard by the trial court of the CPC applicant and was filed by the lower appellate court. Respondents confirmed. The petition was filed under section 12 (2) of the hanging petition, on the basis that the order passed by the court which had no territorial jurisdiction, the trial court allowed the petition. Gave the order and set aside the order, and the order was confirmed by the lower appellate. The judicial justification, which was affirmed in the appeal of the order passed by the trial court, was applied under section 12 (2); the CPC was not able to appear before the civil judge, putting the order aside. Both courts had extended their jurisdiction over which they had no jurisdiction. The following were set aside by both the courts and the respondents' application filed under Section 12 (2) was dismissed in the circumstances.
