The case for the collection and disposal of the applicant's production, which is the basis of 1/2 part of the respondents' production Was farming. Failing to pay the agreed portion of the production, the defendant filed a lawsuit against him, which was permanently rejected by the forum below, until the defendant filed the Revenue Record as the landowner and the applicant. Was entered as a tenant by the respondent. Since the landlord and the tenant were not challenged, the respondent was entitled to receive a share of the produce from the applicant if the applicant considered his landlord to have paid that part to someone other than the defendant. Respondents clearly had a default in payment of share. The applicant's speaking orders which have been simultaneously approved by the forums of record based on the evidence below cannot be interfered with by the High Court.
