Appeal for Delay in Appeal for Disapproval of Divisions of West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967, Sections 135 and 161 Appeal filed by Assistant Collector, Grade I, against the petitioner filed an appeal against the same which was rejected at the time of despair. Despite the ban, the collector accepted. Despite the delay, even though no satisfactory explanation was provided for the delay in filing the appeal, the absence of any satisfactory explanation was also deadly for one day. The court is obliged to defend. Status is not even restricted. Whether or not any party contradicts or supports the proposal whether section 5 of the Limitation Act 1908 applies to cases involving the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967, which is a special and local law.
