Clauses 3 and 4 of the Provincially Administered Tribal Areas Civil Code (Special Provisions) Regulations 1975 and Pakistan (1973), Arts 199 and 185 Constitutional Jurisdiction High Court Procedures (Special Provisions) Regulation, 1975, against the applicant. The matter was decided and the High Court did not interfere with the misrepresentation of evidence nor its constitutional jurisdiction in the Supreme Court nor in the Supreme Court in considering the material evidence. The special tribunals recorded the discovery of this fact unless there was a clear misrepresentation of the evidence or any failure by them to keep any other material available on the record, with the intervention of the Supreme Court of this kind. No weakness was felt.
