GOHAR REHMAN AND ANOTHER versus MST. LACHI AND 35 OTHERS
Under the Special Relief Act 1877 Section 42 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), OXXX, RR 1 and 2 interim injunction, the plaintiffs seized a general jurisdiction under the provision of facts by the courts regarding the harmony of facts and Claimed to be the result. Both the fraud and forgery courts refused to grant the injunction in favor of the plaintiff, or after the document was otherwise recorded before the parties, the matter was to be determined and decided at trial so that both the courts would be properly affected. Was denied. Temporarily subjected to the injunction and decided to exercise pure jurisdiction over the pure truth in exercising their exclusive jurisdiction.
