Enforcement was not allowed in court proceedings. According to the administration, the property of the victim was applied to the applicant because the lower appellate court rejected the trial court's order that he was not allowed to join the proceedings for a succession certificate. And it can only be decided that if he appeared in court as a player and was allowed to have the opportunity, the applicant could not be apt to substantiate his claim because thereafter the successor certificate. The trial court did not permit its application as a party to the proceedings for approval to allow the applicant to be enforced as a party to the proceedings in the administration. The lower appellate court erred in refusing his request and the rejection of the trial court order passed by the lower appellate court, and it was set aside.
