Medical evidence and motions were upheld by the High Court, consciously confirming the statement that for each conviction, the death sentence of each accused was changed to life imprisonment, while the accused could be sentenced to life imprisonment. Otherwise, he was also sentenced to death. The order passed by the High Court did not require any intervention and was maintained accordingly.
