Article 212 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Refusing to extend medical leave to employment, public servants were granted medical leave but such leave was not extended for non-official period of absence. The job was considered a leave without pay and a retaliation proceeding was initiated against the civil servant and he was removed from the service tribunal while keeping aside the dismissal order, it was unreasonable that he once received medical leave. Once the application is approved, such leave will be extended to another medical opinion. S can not be rejected. An appeal was denied on the grounds that the decision of the health officer of the department, or the medical board of the tribunal, was not open for exception.
