The Magistrates were not sufficient to interfere with the proper and lawful order of the Impeachment Order which was generally considered in the cases approved by the Sessions Judge, without primarily appreciating all the relevant aspects of the matter, in relation to the turbine that was under consideration. I was conducting civil litigation between the parties in which the civil court, through an injunction, formally adopted the rule. At the same time, the operation of the turbine referred to under Section 1545, CCPC and under the CCC generally should not be encouraged by the Sessions Judge Magistrate on the same issue while the CRPC asked local police.
