MUHAMMAD MUSHTAQ versus THE STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CR PC) Section 497 (2) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), section 302/324/109/34 guarantee, conflicting with medical evidence regarding injury to a victim by the delivery of oral testimony.
