Section 13 and 5, Schedule Constitution Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Petition The application for a suit for restitution of marital rights was rejected. The wife remained with the husband for 16 years after the marriage and he fulfilled his marital obligations. The husband created the circumstances which forced the wife to knock on the court for dissolution of the marriage. The wife was already paid for Khulla Dover, no order was passed by the High Court for the return of the benefit and the husband could not identify any false statements or evidence relating to the wrong vehicle of justice. Request dismissed
