The referee court increased the amount of compensation in respect of the land in the area which was maintained by the High Court; the owners of the acquired land were not satisfied with the market value determination. The appeal was filed before the court. Nothing was brought to the record by the fact that the geographically acquired land was such that it had the potential to be used for business or could be used for residential housing construction. The market value of the land was properly assessed by the Collector and the referee court; the appeal cannot be interrupted by the same court.
