Sections 3, 4, 8, 9 and 11 of the Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), OI, R 10 & O VII, Rr 11, 10 defamation damages malicious while striking in the name of dismissing the plaintiff. Sue for legal proceedings and restitution damages in which the defendants accepted the request to move the plaintiff's dismissal and removal of their names, and the plaintiff's jurisdiction was returned unlawfully. The Waldetti plaintiff filed a lawsuit for damages for illicit litigation, and ad libitum can usually be filed under the general Torts law. Appeal dismissed, not before the special tribunal established under the contempt of court Ordinance 2002, but a court of original jurisdiction
