Punjab Local Government Ordinance 1979 Sections 154, 156 to 166 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional petition auctioning the right to lease cattle market participated in the auction and was the highest bidder, its Zala accepted the offer. There was no legal justification that the Punjab Government's Department of Local Government Ordinance had terminated the contract. Using the powers under 156, the competing competitor presented the superior offer to the Commissioner. , 1979, the law did not have the authority to terminate or terminate the contract in the event of a termination that was undoubtedly served in the public interest and by exercising powers under section 156 of this ordinance.
