The Pakistan Penal Code Sections 302 (b), 337a (i), 334, 337f (v), 337l (2) and 337f (i) accusing the defendant of defining the evidence will be ready to expose the complainant from the ground. Arrived at the scene to intervene and as a result of the complainant's resistance, both parties were injured and the victim lost his life. The alleged party is responsible for inviting trouble over the request for occupation of the land in the dispute, neither raising the request for self-defense nor the issue of free war. None of this was an alleged responsibility because the defendant originally wanted to take possession of the land and in a struggle he disputed with the complaining party during which the principal suspect fired at the victim, so he was protected. There was no request. There is no compulsory factor for the accused to commit murder, and in the light of the circumstances in which the incident occurred, the principal accused deserves lesser punishment than the principal accused under Section 2302 (b). On the charge of committing the crime, the PPC was retained, but his death sentence was reduced to life imprisonment while the punishment of the other accomplices was also reduced to the extent of his sentence.
