Was busy with, but even though he denied the accusation, he admitted that he accepted the complainant's money as a preliminary expense but did not advise. As no case was filed to challenge the Labor Court's order, the accused advocate offered Rs 10,000 to the complainant for his compensation, the amount of which was not due to any other complaint against the Advocate.
