Sindh Children's Act 1955 Section 5 Criminal Procedure Code (v. 1898), Section 435 accused, conviction of birth certificate in which the accused's age is less than 16 years, prosecution under Section 5, Sindh Children Act 1955 Was listed. According to the Medical Board, the age of the accused was stated to be 17 years, therefore, the accused cannot be called as a girl. According to the municipal corporation certificate issued, the integrity of the incident is less than 16 years. The challenge was not challenged even if the age of the accused given by the municipal corporation was excluded from consideration of the opinion of the Medical Board, but it was kept under the jurisdiction of the child as the accused would be entitled to it. One year sentence, no trial or trial error found in trial court decision
