The Law Evidence Order 1984 Article 79 required the proof of the execution of the required documents by law where a document was confirmed that the witness could not be verified under Article 79 of the Convention of Evidence, 1984 was fatal Article 79 There was a reconstruction in nature and would apply to documents that had to be verified by two witnesses. Article no 79 was not required to be certified with any document under any law. The need to confirm will not be in evidence unless two witnesses are asked to at least confirm it and it will be subject to three conditions, namely, to confirm the witnesses live. That they were subject to court proceedings, and that they were capable of giving evidence that the author of a document was a good witness, as was any other body, if he had signed the document as a witness.
