The justification was not considered by the local police anywhere in the Anti-Corruption Establishment and in connection with allegations of corruption against the civil servants, the Anti-Corruption Establishment had to conduct a probe and investigation around the fountain, which was followed by the registration of the case. Many orders registering the Deputy Superintendent of Police and his local police station not only violated the laws of the country, but also violated legal ethics and human rights. Such an inquiry into the matter by the local police exceeded the competence and authority of the jurisdiction. The accused was allowed to make constitutional application and the FIR was ordered to be suspended under the circumstances
