And requests for a temporary rental order memorandum were dismissed, the order was attacked before the High Court, but the success of the tenants / applicants was something that the High Court was able to observe. I was not right that the first rent appeals were barred. That the applicants / tenants appealed against the orders passed on the petitions to review the temporary rent, the order, and that the defense of the landlord and the tenant was not legally defended without question. What could have been prevented as they had stood was the court date 178 1998. The certified copy was applied the same day and was supplied on 5th 1998, thus, the first rent appeals were preferred to ~ 10 10, filed within a timely manner and to that extent the Supreme Court High Court Counsel
