ALMAS AHMED versus SALIM SABA
The Sindh Tenant Limitation Ordinance 1979 section 15 (2) (vii) provided sufficient evidence to confirm that the landlord's personal need for the landlord was that his son, who had grown up, was a tenant tenant. Such evidence of the landlord did not break through, even in his own evidence, the landlord did not contend that he had proved that he wanted to keep his son in the shop. But it was okay to evict the tenant. Ordered by a Rent Controller
