Establishment of Ombudsman for the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Sections 7 and 14 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 (3) and the Sindh Province Act of 1993 (I 1992), Section 9 Ombudsman referred to by the Supreme Court, Secretariat 7, Agricultural Product Markets Although the disqualification of the Market Committee, constituted under the Market Committee, 1939, is a creation of a provincial government, the body corporate position under section 14 of the same Act has not been appealed to the Supreme Court for leave, nor is the Supreme Court. Neither the court nor the High Court can, as usual, supervise or control, a basic administrative matter for the correctional machinery elsewhere. Hidden, and one of these levels, and quite high, was after the Ombudsman's Supreme Court hearing. Issuing, to some extent, the necessary notices, it was concluded that in addition to the general and autonomous jurisdiction of O, Mamdusman, who remained with him in connection with the Supreme Court's observation, had some questions regarding the order of the Supreme Court. Accordingly, the Ombudsman was referred accordingly. The Supreme Court further observed that the question was answered under section 9 of the establishment of the office.
