For the payment of the court fee required under Section 42 of the Special Relief Act, 1877, Section 42 Court Fees Act (VII of 1870), Section 7 (iv) (c) and Schedule II, Article 17 (iii) of the Special Relief Act, 1877 For a suit, the title or any legal role or any right in relation to any property stated that the suit will fall under section 7 (IV) (c) of the Court Fee Act 1870, this Act Schedule II, read with Article 17 (IIl) where specific relief is claimed. According to a declaration, either the excess was or consequently the relief arises from the actual relief of the claimed claim which is the claimant claim and thus falls under Schedule II, Article 17 (iii) of the Court Fees Act 1870, but If this did not result in relief, then the actual result was obtained. Publicity Relief would then fall outside the scope of the aforesaid conditions for the plaintiff in this case, claiming that he was the owner of the suit land and sought further assistance that the gift work and the sale work be non-exclusive. Regarding its right to tive, which was legal and in effect, this declaration would provide further relief and it was stated that under section 7 (iv) (c) of the Judicial Fees Act 1870, the schedule of the said Act II, read with Article 17 (111)
