S. KHADIM HUSSAIN versus DEPUTY POSTMASTER GENERAL, M.S.T. SOUTH REGION, KARACHI
Service Tribunals Act 1973 Section 4 Termination of Services and the Appeal Limit of Receipt of Paid Paid Government employees, who were initially appointed on daily wages, were later regularized and promoted for better education. The advance was also allowed to terminate the services of civil servants without releasing them. Appointment of public servants without notice to them due to certain irregularities and giving them the opportunity to be heard, but the government employees were not solely responsible for the alleged irregularities, without any notice or occasion of hearing against the government employees. Without such action was taken, even the payment of salaries for the period of employment was paid till the regularization of their services and the termination of the services in which the civil servants actually worked, were ordered to be recovered from the public servants. Which in any case was a serious violation of ideology. Locus poenitentiae was a invalid order that could not be maintained to the extent that the order was set aside, but appeals against the termination order were timely barred and any request for delayed condolences. Appeals filed by government employees were dropped after they were not entered.
