IMTIAZ AHMED versus STATE


According to the Pakistan Penal Code Section 302 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3), the accused were not convicted of murder by the prosecution and the court was never taken into confidence in this regard. Appeal was not allowed. The Supreme Court asked the accused to consider whether it was permissible for him to be sentenced to death in these circumstances.
